The mold consists of three parts connected by metal sheets (plates) on the bottom and sides. The connection of the plates is very solid, almost comparable to this form, as if it were made of one piece of HDPE.
The mold is shipped in 3 pieces. I have to disassemble it into three parts, because no transport company wants to transport it due to its large dimensions. But it's so easy to twist it. It takes about 1 hour. One of the photos shows all 3 parts, in this condition they will be sent together with the appropriate amount of screws that are needed to assemble them.
The bottom HDPE sheets at the joint of the plates is 2 mm thick and is placed inside the milled plates. This means that the bottom of this whole form is straight and there is no hill in the middle of the form.
Due to the fact that it is made of three pieces, there is a 1 mm gap between them when folded. After it is assembled or when it is already assembled by us at the factory, it should be sealed by applying silicone. Additionally, an adhesive tape can be applied to ensure that the three panels are joined together.
